Invented by Grant Connolly, the Z-Point Process is one of those simple yet truly transformative practices that change your perspective to experience peace and happiness by releasing other emotions not arising from Love within yourself and in your life experience.
Z-Point Purification Technique
If you don’t accept yourself the way you are, you are unhappy, you are in a vicious circle, you are in fear, etc. The emotions of these events manifest in your financial situation, health, and relationships, and they attract events to remind you that they need to be set free.
In fact, everything starts with loving and accepting yourself, your body, your past, your memories, briefly everything you want to distance yourself and your life. Transformation, liberation begins with love.

This cleansing technique allows you to let go of your fears and STOP Worrying about things during a deeply relaxing transformation process. It involves loving and transforming long-standing problems and worries in your life to your advantage, rather than fighting them. And the best part is that instead of automatic choices, you approach things differently, start to come up with different solutions, and start noticing positive and gratifying changes in your perspective and life experience.

Programming the Subconscious
We used “thank you, I love you” as the keyword. you can change it if you want.
Read this out loud after taking three deep breaths.
– Subconsciously, with these words “Thank you, I love you”, I am letting you know my firm intention to do the best in cleanings. Whenever I encounter a problem in my life, as I begin to chant or think of my keywords as a mantra, you will immediately free me from all memories associated with the problem I am addressing. This process will be very smooth, easy and safe.
Whenever I resort to this method of cleaning, I repeat my keywords while counting back from the 10 corresponding to now to Zero, the moment when the relevant situation started, so that it has nothing to do with what I once lived and wrote in a circle or focused my attention on. I will have cleansed all my thoughts, beliefs, feelings, and previously acquired ideas and judgments. Meanwhile, you will perform the necessary cleansing in the deeper layers of my being. Thank you.

The Zero Point Release Circle is used as a comprehensive, open-ended method of releasing matters and emotions. This work allows the subconscious and conscious mind to simultaneously release many connected or related memories and emotions.
When using the Release Circle, imagine a large circle in front of you, or you can draw a circle on a white piece of paper and write in it. Imagine yourself putting all the hard feelings and thoughts in the circle about the topic you are working on. If you wrote it on paper, you may notice your related feelings while speaking. When you say the keywords, those feelings will be released. Then count down from 10 to 0.

- Nine, thank you I love you
- Eight, thank you I love you
- Seven, thank you I love you
- Six, thank you I love you
- Five, thank you I love you
- Four, thank you I love you
- Three, thank you I love you

Say thank you for a while, I love you again.
As you count down, you may become aware of the disturbing thoughts and feelings that your subconscious mind associates with the original emotion. These float through consciousness for a moment and then are released and cleared when you repeat your clue word. After the Release Circle work of the emotion you are trying to release, you can say the following open-ended phrases to release the different unconscious aspects of that feeling.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
(Leave the dots blank and let your subconscious mind fill them in for you. Your conscious mind’s job is to repeat your clue word over and over.)
Then focus on the emotion you want to release and say these sentences.
I’m clearing everything I feel this emotion. Thank you, I love you.
I’m clearing all that i’m feeling this feeling because…..thank you, I love you. (Let your subconscious mind fill in the blanks. You repeat your clue word and observe.)
When … I clear everything, I feel this emotion. Thank you, I love you.
…. I’m clearing everything that I feel this feeling. Thank you, I love you.
I’m clearing everything my subconscious mind is feeling this emotion from. Thank you, I love you.
I’m clearing out everything my subconscious is feeling because … thank you, I love you.
I’m clearing all my subconscious records that draw on my commitment to feeling this emotion. Thank you, I love you.
I’m currently clearing all my subconscious records that don’t feel safe to let this feeling go. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
- Whenever I … think, … I feel. Thank you, I love you.
The final step is to test yourself to make sure the emotion is completely gone. If you feel completely relaxed and peaceful, the emotion has probably been released, but there may still be some left. Our anathema is to completely release the emotion.
Keep practicing until you don’t give any emotional reaction when you think about the subject we want to release.
When in doubt, do it again and again if necessary. Keep working until your emotional response is completely gone. Then you will be free from this emotion and and that emotion will come out of creating your reality. This Work can make a HUGE difference in your life.
